This package contains:

• Blanc de blancs 2023
  This sparkling wine is made from Chardonnay and Savagnin using the traditional method. The wine has undergone the second fermentation in the bottle and has nine months on lie located. The bouquet features notes of white fruit, including peach and bergamot. The acidity is balanced with a dosage of 8 g/l residual sugar (Brut).
• Rosé Brut 2023
  This sparkling wine is made from Pinot Noir and Pinot Noir Précoce (also known as Spätburgunder and Frühburgunder) using the traditional method. The wine has undergone the second fermentation in the bottle and has nine months on lie located. The bouquet features notes of red fruit. The acidity is balanced with a dosage of 8 g/l residual sugar (Brut). The wine is entirely handmade. The grapes are crushed by foot and pressed with a traditional hand press.
• Auxerrois 2024
  The Auxerrois is dominated by white fruits, particularly pear. The taste is very soft and round.
• Pinot Gris 2024
  The Pinot Gris is dominated by white fruits, including lychee, peach, and grapefruit. The taste is full and juicy.
• Chardonnay 2024
  The Chardonnay is dominated by white fruits, with a light hint of vanilla. The taste is fresh, mineral, with a coating mouthfeel.
• Savagnin 2024
  The Savagnin is dominated by tropical fruits and light green notes. The taste is pure and refined.
